If, after giving Portal a consistent try for two weeks, you feel that it hasn't met your expectations in improving your sleep quality, we are here to support you. Here’s how our policy works:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

2. Trial Period

We encourage you to use Portal nightly for at least two weeks. This period allows your body to adjust and start showing the benefits of improved restorative sleep.

3. Tracking Your Progress

During this period, we suggest tracking your sleep quality using any health tracker (such as Whoop, Oura Ring, or Apple Watch). These insights can be incredibly helpful in monitoring the changes in your sleep patterns and overall wellness.

4. Requesting a Refund

If you believe that your sleep scores have not improved after consistently using Portal for two weeks, please send us an email. Include a brief explanation of your experience and attach screenshots from your health tracker as evidence of your sleep score during this period.

5. Hassle-Free Refund:

Upon review, we will process your refund request promptly, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Our goal is to make sure that your journey towards better health is supported, even if Portal turns out not to be the right fit for you.
